Dan J. O’Driscoll
Dan J. O’Driscoll started drawing dinosaurs in the margins of his exercise books back in elementary school. He soon found other, less surreptitious means of expressing his imagination in art classes. The influence of instructors and other artists led to further interests in sketching and painting, and years later to the possibilities of digital rendering applications which allowed him to create three-dimensional models and environments. His current media is a hybrid mixture of computer graphic imaging, photography, and digital post-processing and painting; a collage-like approach resulting in works which integrate these elements into a single unified image.
