Tim White
Even before the age of five, Tim White had chosen his future path in life and had decided that he wanted to be an artist. After leaving school he entered art college in 1968 to further pursue his ambition. The fantasy theme of his work was well established by this time. The majority of work made at this period was almost exclusively in black and white. In 1975 the artist received his first paperback book cover commission for Arthur C. Clarke’s The Other Side of the Sky published by Corgi Books. Since that commission the artist has illustrated the covers of hundreds of books on themes of science fiction and fantasy.
